Exchanges and refund policy

We always take time for inspection before sending off your swimsuit. However, should you find a fault/damage product, kindly contact us within 48 hours to report your issue. Please retain the original packaging and receipt. We will not accept exchanges to this nature, if not reported within the agreed timeline. 

We advise all orders to be inspected immediately upon receipt, before removing any tags and packaging.

Please include your order number, date of purchase, as well as reason for return.

We (you) will arrange collection of the item/s and issue you with an online store credit or arrange a replacement.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
