Size Exchange

All items must be unworn and in it’s original packaging. Returns will be in the form of an online credit only. When trying on swimwear, please ensure to do so with fresh underwear to keep items eligible for return or exchanges should the need arise.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be returned and assessed. Thereafter the credit will be processed, if the item is in its original condition.

In order to ensure returned items are received, kindly use a reliable courier company with a tracking number. House of Kiki is not responsible/liable for orders returned that have been lost in transit. 

We will not accept exchanges of items that have been worn, are without original tags and packaging (or have been purchased on sale). 

All exchanges are for the account of the returner, unless the item is faulty (or otherwise agreed upon.)
